Fine Print

1. FIT FACTORY CLUBS may, at its sole discretion, offer FIT FACTORY CLUBS Rewards (the “Program”), pursuant to which members may be awarded reward points through in-club participation, special events, and other activities designated by FIT FACTORY CLUBS from time to time.

2. Opting into email communication from FIT FACTORY CLUBS allows us to maintain the integrity of your rewards account. You may opt out of receiving email from FIT FACTORY CLUBS at any time. However, please note that once you opt out, you will no longer receive email updates on rewards points or related communications.

3. FIT FACTORY CLUBS may, without notice, terminate the Program at any time; change the Program rules, benefits, conditions of participation, or the goods or services offered for point redemption; change the number of points required for redemption; or void all prior points awarded, for any or all participants, at its sole discretion. These changes may be made even if they affect the value of reward points already accumulated.

4. FIT FACTORY CLUBS has the right to change or discontinue the Program at any time, without notice.

5. All reward points must be earned and used according to the terms and conditions of the Program. Reward points may only be redeemed for goods and services offered by FIT FACTORY CLUBS at the time of redemption. Reward points have no cash value and may not be exchanged for cash. FIT FACTORY CLUBS assumes no liability for any prior offers that are no longer current at the time of redemption.

6. Retroactive credit for activities undertaken prior to enrollment is at the sole discretion of FIT FACTORY CLUBS.

7. FIT FACTORY CLUBS makes no warranties or representations, either expressed or implied, and expressly disclaims any and all liability (including consequential damages) with respect to the Program or any goods or services provided through the Program.

8. You must opt into the Program in order to begin accumulating points. By opting into the Program, you affirmatively consent to the Program’s terms and conditions.

9. FIT FACTORY CLUBS agrees not to sell any personal information collected pursuant to the Program to third parties.

10. All interpretations of these rules, terms, and conditions shall be at the sole discretion of FIT FACTORY CLUBS.

11. Points will automatically expire 1 day after membership cancellation.
